Description

Spilornis cheela is a bird of prey, has a body size of 50-74 cm. The body is dominated by dark gray color, brownish color on the lower body, with white spots on the abdomen and sides. There is a white stripe on the underside of the wings and on the tail with black at the tips, this pattern will be clearly visible when it flies. Yellow beak with gray beak tip, between the eye area and the beak there is yellow skin, yellow iris, and orange feet
