Black spot in the upper region of the tail stalk.

Size : 12 cm

Habitat : Prefers outer reef slopes, 5-35 m. Often in current-exposed areas, also over rubble, feeds on zooplankton.

Distribution : East Africa to S Japan, Palau, GBR and French Polynesia, and Ducie Islands.
