Blue head, body whitish with pale yellow back.
Size : 15 cm
Habitat : On outer reef slopes with rubble or sand patches, 15-100m. Hovers usually in pairs a short distance above the seabed, rapidly flees on danger into its burrow in the ground.
Distribution : Bali to the Philippines, Micronesia, North Australia, Fiji.
