Three-striped Whiptail

Pentapodus trivittatus

Grey with white abdomen and chin. A dark stripe is drawn from the rear lower eye to the rear gill lid edge. Variant is uniformly pale grey with yellow spot at the body rear.

Size : 25 cm

Habitat : Inhabits lagoons and protected coastal reefs, 3-30 m.

Distribution : Malaysia to the Philippines, Caroline Islands and Solomons.
