Blue with two yellow horizontal stripes the upper narrower than the lower. Adults with two long caudal fin filaments.

Habitat : Inhabits coastal reefs, 3-35 m. Alone or in small groups. Shy species.
Distribution : NW Australia to East Indonesia to the Philippines.
