Back with striking hump; long horn.

Size : 70 cm

Habitat : Prefers outer reef slopes 1-30 m. Alone or in small groups.
Rare in the majority of regions and therefore difficult to approach. In the male, the horn is very long, the female only develops a very small protuberance.

Distribution : East Africa to SW Japan, Guam, Palau and French Polynesia.
