Size : 40 cm
Habitat : In deep lagoons and at outreefs, 2-30 m. Frequently in large schools, sometimes also alone or in pairs, usually along steep reef slopes.
Distribution : Red Sea and East Africa to SW Japan, Palau, Solomons and GBR.
