Dark vertical stripes along the upper body. Large black spot at the tail stalk, extends to the caudal fin.

Size : 35 cm

Habitat : In lagoons and out reefs, 5-35 m.

Distribution : The Philippines to Caroline Island, the Moluccas, GBR and Fiji.
