Whitish with olive-grey back saddle and vertical stripes on the side. Striking black stripes from the snout tip through the eye.

Size : 12 cm

Habitat : In coral reefs on fine and coarse sandy surface, often covered with dead stony coral, 3-35 m.

Distribution : Indonesia to the Philippines and Solomons.
