Whitebelly Toby

Canthigaster bennetti

Whitish dorsal side and light brown back, a soft-edged dark brown horizontal band in between.

Size : 10 cm

Habitat : In protected coastal reefs and lagoons above sand and rubble grounds, 1-15 m. Feeds on algae and small invertebrates.

Distribution : East Africa to S Japan, Micronesia and French Polynesia.
