Back with white patches and diffuse greenish-brown bands.

Size : 33 cm

Habitat : Prefers estuaries, mangrove regions and protected coastal reefs with sandy or muddy grounds, 1-15 m. Rest close to the bottom.

Distribution : Arabian Gulf and Oman to SW Japan, PNG and Australia.
