Slender Lizardfish

Back of body with 2-3 dark spots.

Size : 32 cm

Habitat : Prefers turbid, shallow lagoons and protected outreefs, from 1 m depth. Inhabits sand and rubble, lying free on the surface or partially buried.

Distribution : Red Sea and East Africa to SW Japan, Hawaii and French Polynesia.
