Blackspotted Rubberlip

Plectorhinchus gaterinus

Fins and upper lip yellow. Numerous black spots, also on the back and caudal fin.

Size : 45 cm

Habitat : Inhabits lagoons, bays and protected out reefs, 3-35 m. Frequently rests during the day in groups at protected places or exposed at protrusions.

Distribution : Red Sea, East Africa, Mauritius and Arabian Gulf.
