Unmistakeable with its small head, inwardly arched (concave) brow and black spots.

Size : 70 cm

Habitat : In lagoons and out reefs, predominantly in silted or decayed areas, 2-30 m. Alone and usually encountered in our in front of its shelter.

Distribution : Andaman Sea and Indonesia to SW Japan, Guam and New Caledonia.
