Yellow tail, black eye stripes, black ventral fin with blue outer edge.
Size : 13 cm
Habitat : On steep reef slopes, always close to the seabed, 5-40 m. Alone, always near niches, frequently near tube sponges into whose tubes it can withdraw.
Distribution : East Indonesia and NW Australia.
