Forehead and neck yellow, black spot at meddle base of the dorsal fin.
Size : 6 cm
Habitat : Coral-rich areas in lagoons and out reefs, 5-35 m. Alone or in small groups. Feeds on zooplankton.
Distribution : Andaman Sea to the Philippines, Palau, GBR and Fiji.
