White edged, black eyespot at the back of the dorsal fin.

Size : 10 cm

Habitat : Inhabits lagoons and outer reefs, 1-40 m. In some places common, feeds on blanket-weed algae and small invertebrates.

Distribution : Bali and Rowley Shoals to SW Japan, Micronesia, Samoa.
