One black spot each on the tail root and at the “temple”.

Size : 10 cm

Habitat : Inhabits lagoons and protected out reefs, 2-18 m. Usually in groups in front of shelters, such as crevices and caves.

Distribution : Sumatra to SW Japan, Palau, the Mariana Islands and Samoa.
