Light cream-colored with numerous dark horizontal stripes of different widths. Head dark brownish with several white stripes.
Size : 10 cm
Habitat : In lagoons and coastal reefs, 2-25 m. Alone or in small groups.
Distribution : Sumatra and Malaysia to the Philippines and Solomons.
