Rose-opaque, with reddish brown stripes: on the head, radial around the eye, on the front of its body as vertical stripes.

Size : 5 cm

Habitat : In lagoons and coastal reefs, 2-15 m. Frequently seeks protection between soft coral.

Distribution : Eastern Indonesia and PNG to the Philippines and Palau.
