Back edge of the first dorsal fin with conspicuous white dots strewn along the back.

Size : 5 cm

Habitat : In protected bays and reefs, also on soft ground, 1-30 m. During the day it floats in groups in front of coral, algae or other protected places, such as near long spiny sea urchins.

Distribution : Bali and Borneo to SW Japan, PNG and GBR.
