Numerous fine, orang-bronze-colored vertical stripes that are ranged at s slight diagonal. Tail root is diffuse dark or with a clear black delimited band.

Habitat : Inhabits lagoons and out reefs, 2-15 m. In small, very dense groups in front of coral or rock during the day.
Distribution : Andaman Sea and Sumatra to Taiwan and Samoa.
