Size : 13 cm

Habitat : In coastal and out reefs, often in low depths and in open areas with scattered coral growth, 1-30 m. Usually in pairs, feeds on coral polyps, small invertebrates and algae.

Distribution : East Africa to S Japan, Hawaii, Marquesa Island/French Polynesia.
