Ecsenius stigmatura

White-bordered black spot on the tail root. Yellow eye, orange-bordered.

Size : 5 cm

Habitat : Inhabits coral-rich lagoons and outreefs, 3-30 m. Only moderately shy. This particularly attractive species can be observed alone and often also in small, loose groups.

Distribution : The Moluccas, Raja Ampat, the Philippines.
