Narrow white head stripe, anal and ventral fins black.

Size: 11 cm

Habitat: Lagoons and outer reefs, 1-25 m. Has Avery small distribution area. Lives exclusively with Magnificent Sea Anemone Heteractis magnifica. Frequently in larger groups.

Distribution: The Maldives, Sri Lanka.
