Telamonia dimidiata

Description

Telamonia dimidiata in different in size between males and females, where females are larger than males. The cephalothorax is elongated, large and slender, dark brown in males with a white spot in the center and white lateral bands, in females pale cream. Ocular area has black and white patches with orange hair. The abdomen is elongated and pointed posteriorly. In male, the abdomen is dark brown with a white band along the mid-dorsal line, while in female is cream colored with two orange stripes on the dorsal surface. The legs are long and strong with spines and black hair, while in females the legs are lighter.
