Description

It is characterized by its light brown to grayish body covered with many irregular dark spots or blotches, giving it a mottled appearance. The snake has large eyes with vertical pupils, typical of nocturnal hunters. It often inhabits forests, plantations, and rural areas, preying mainly on small lizards, frogs, and occasionally birds.
