Scoliid Wasps

Megascolia azurea body is covered by yellowish red hair. The head is round, slightly flattened, has large black eyes, the mouth is pointed. It has a pair of thick black antenna. The stomach is cylindrical and elongated, the first and second segments have black hair, while the third to the end segments have red hair. Its legs are black, hairy and thorns. It has a pair of black wings with a blue sheen.
