Graphium agamemnon

Description

Graphium agamemnon has the rear wing edges bent inward. The upper sides of the wings are black in color with various sizes green apple spots. The underside of the wings is a purple-brown base with green patches and red spots on the hindwings. This species has a short tail on 4 veins, the female tail is longer than the male.

Larva: Graphium agamemnon larvae are dark brown in color with white patches on the back. Its body is covered by turbecles with long setae, there are a pair of yellowish-brown lateral spines on each of the three thoracic and anal segments. Caterpillars in the 5th instar phase are yellowish green.

Pupa: Graphium agamemnon pupae are yellowish green in color, back is reddish brown, pupa is about 33 mm long.
