Udaspes folus has dark brown upperwings, its forewings have yellowish spots in spaces 1b, 2 and distal tips of cells, small white spots between the upper and middle median veins. The hindwings have large white patches with irregular outlines. The undersides of the wings are pale brown in color with a large white disc patch extending to the base of the wing. The body, palpi and legs are grayish white, the proboscis is long.

Pupa: Udaspes folus pupae are yellowish green without markings, long and flat cylindrical shape, long rostrum.
