Miletus symethus has bluish gray wings, whitish forewings with a large dark apical area. The underside of the wing has a light brown and white band, along the tornal area there is a blackish mark. The abdomen of this species is longer than the thorax and head.

Miletus symethus flew at a slow speed, but when disturbed it would fly erratically without stopping to escape. Often found flying alone along leafy forest trails.
