Description

Chlorophorus annularis is a pest of bamboo, the larvae and the beetles always found in bamboo canes and stakes. The head and the body are yellow orange with tiger like mark colored in black. There is a pair of long antennae on its head. The larvae are 20 mm in length, white with brown mouthpiece. It has visible antenna and leg that held close to the body.
