Description

This species has a slender body shape, with a length of 71–80 cm including a very long middle tail feather. The wingspan ranges from 89-96 cm. It has black bands on the inner wings, black eye patches, and an orange-yellow to orange-red bill. The color of the beak and back is pure white.
