Description

Bird measuring 11 cm., Blue gray and orange. Males: soot-blue upper body, short striking white eyebrows. Lower body orange; with a dark yellow throat, chest, and sides. Females: brown upper body, yellowish lower body, and yellow eyebrows. Juvenile: brown spots. Slice dark brown, black beak, legs gray to brown.
