Description

Pericrocotus flammeus has a body measuring 19 cm. Male: Color black-blue. Red chest and belly. Tungging, the outer side of the red tail feathers. Two red spots on the wings. Female: The back color is more gray. The chest and abdomen are yellow, extending to the throat, chin, ear flaps, and forehead. Iris brown, bill and legs black.
