Description

Ardeola speciosa one of the species of Ardeidae members, has a small body (45 cm). At the time of breeding, the head and chest are dark yellow. Back almost black. The rest of the upper body is brown scribbled. The lower body is white. When flying, the wings look in stark contrast to the black back. At the time of adolescence and not breeding, the body color is brown and scribbled. The iris is yellow, the beak is yellow, the tip of the beak is black, and the legs are opaque green.
