Green Fruit-piercing Moth

Eudocima salaminia has large and stout body. The forewings can be brown, cream, or green in color with defined white border along the costa and margin of each wing. The hindwings are yellow orange in color with black border and black comma pattern in the middle part. It has sharp and strong proboscis for sucking fruit juice as its food.
