Description

Elymnias nesaea has black upperwings with long transverse stripes of bluish green color. The forewings have 4 or 5 spots in the apical area, while the hind wings have whitish subterminal spots. The underside is dark brown with a shiny silvery patch. In females, the undersides of the wings are white with a brown or yellowish tinge.
